Roxy is a fully vetted young adult who recently moved to a new foster home.

She is estimated to be about 3 years old. She follows her fosterer around the apartment wanting pets and love, and talks in a rowring cat voice that most people would probably think is an unhappy cat noise. But foster mom thinks she might just be part Italian grandmother and that’s just the way she talks.
