Felix Ramón Vanderbilt moved to a new foster home last night and made himself at home right away.
He’s super sweet and already calm and cuddly.
He is playing with all the feathered toys and seems very enthusiastic about catnip.
This morning his fosterer awoke to find him curled up under the blanket right next to her purring – so cute!
