Tootsie is a young, friendly and confident brown tabby. She is an affectionate lap cat looking for her forever lap! She also, adorably, loves to play with water. Her fosterer writes that she is both friendly and playful. “She has lots of energy, plays with anything I put in front of her (including my feet), and is very affectionate (even to visitors).” She is currently living with Amai, and we’d love to see these friends get adopted together!
