Tippy Canoe
As you can see from his left ear tip, Tippy Canoe was originally vetted as a TNR (trap-neuter-return) cat. That was over a year ago.
He was found as a single friendly cat. He was scanned for a chip and we discovered that he hailed from a colony nearly 4 miles away from where he recently appeared.
Tippy Canoe’s finder Al thought he was too friendly to stay outside, so with the permission of his former colony keeper, we admitted him to our adoption program. Al took him for his second round of vetting where we got him snap tested again and updated his shots.
Thanks to Kim who brought all the moving parts together. Welcome aboard Tippy Canoe! We wish you smooth sailing from here on in.
His fosterer writes that he is friendly and playful. He can be shy when first meeting people (and he is most wary of the super scary vacuum cleaner) but is a relaxed friendly guy with the people he trusts.
