Meet the lovely Yaya and her 3 kittens, born May 17, 2014: Ali (orange and white female), Lahm (orange male), and Dempsey (orange male). This family was rescued by HPC from a crowded Chicago animal shelter during the world cup (hence the names!) earlier this summer. Yaya had arrived at the shelter on May 16th, and the kittens were born the next day, so had spent their whole short lives in the shelter before a HPC volunteer stepped up to foster this family. They are great cats, friendly, sweet, and all about the pets and playtime. Interested in adopting them or finding out about more cats and kittens in the pipeline?
