LFK (Lakefront Kitty), estimated to be about 2 years old, was rescued from outside near the point during one very cold day this past winter. She has since been place in a long-term foster home where she is slowly becoming more comfortable. Her new caretakers write that she likes to follow them around, especially in the kitchen (she’s always hungry!), and she loves batting around her fuzzy mice toys. When not playing she is usually a calm and peaceful kitty.
LFK (name, tba) tested positive for FeLV but is currently asymptomatic. We will retest her soon.
