**I have been adopted!**

Mona Lisa is a confident, fearless, endlessly energetic calico. She’s always ready to play with anyone or anything nearby. Her fosterer has, more than once, seen her play with a mouse toy so enthusiastically and for so long that she was panting afterwards–and that’s just when she’s playing by herself! She’ll fling the toy halfway down the hallway, then dart after it and do a kind of sliding pounce move. She also loves wrestling with the other cats in her foster home and playing hide-and-seek style games together.

We think it’d be helpful for her to live with another young cat, since two kitties can help keep her busy! We also do not think she would be well suited for a home with small children as she is a young cat and is still learning to play gently. She has been making great progress.

Mona Lisa is very interested in human attention, too. She often sleeps on the bed, and she loves being held face-to-face. She usually starts purring as soon as she is picked up, and she puts one paw one each shoulder like she’s giving a hug. It’s so sweet.
