JB (or Koshka as her fosterers have been calling her) continues to become more and more trusting and is becoming a snuggly lap cat. She is also really playful and has a lot of energy when she gets going. She leaps after balls on strings and her ‘cat dancer’ and regularly vanquishes her stuffed mice and any socks that may have been left on the floor.
While she’s really coming out of her shell in some ways, she is skittish around strangers and mostly hides when there are new people in the house. We think she’ll need to go to a home with people who will give her time to adjust on her own schedule since she’s very much her own cat and really wants to come to you on her own terms and in her own time.
All in all, she’s a super cat and would make a really great pet for anyone who is willing allow her the time and space to relax and adjust. Write to us at hydeparkcatsadoptions@gmail.com to meet her!
