How pretty is this kitty?
Named Dan Huang Su by her fosterers, a sweet dessert which roughly translates to “Yolk Pie,” this 6-month-old sweetie recently moved to a new foster home and her fosterers sent in this report:
She’s just wonderful — playful, sweet, affectionate, curious. You can never touch her for more than ten seconds without hearing her loud purrs and feeling her melt in your hands.
Perfect with her litterbox, loves most kinds of toys, and can easily entertain herself for half an hour just with one cat dancer. Just got started with using scratching posts. She might still be scared when you suddenly get close, but happily runs back as soon as you beckon her with your fingers.
Yolk Pie loves any kind of food! She never seems full and meows loudly when I walk by their food cabinet, but is also okay with waiting if I have some work to do before I can feed her.
Yolk Pie is being fostered with Tippy Canoe, and as far as integration goes, they’re doing great — no more hisses or growls on Tippy’s part, just some occasional chasing around the room. They nose-kiss a couple times when they meet, and sleep on my bed together at night. Once I woke up and saw Yolk Pie curled up with her head against Tippy’s lower belly.
Everyone’s just so happy to have her around — hope someone feels the same and gives her a forever home soon.
Yolk Pie is fully vetted and ready to meet potential adopters!
