Affectionate, easygoing, and curious, 6-year-old Grandpa loves watching birds at the birdfeeder and taking afternoon naps in a sunbeam.
He was instantly comfortable and unafraid in his foster home, and frequently keeps the humans company while they watch movies, cook, and sleep.
He’s a scruffy little man, but he makes up for it in his quiet charm, constant purring, and exceptional bravery- even the vacuum cleaner leaves him unfazed.
He’s also wonderfully well-behaved and outgoing.
Grandpa has tested positive for FiV but can still live a long, healthy and happy life and live safely with other cats who are spayed or neutered. He can also live safely with other household pets.
He also has dry eye, a condition where the tear ducts don’t produce tears to lubricate the eyes. It can sometimes resolve on its own, but if not, he will need eye lubricant.
