Dustin aka “Dusty Baby” is a gorgeous and very chatty kitty with a big tomcat face. He found himself at CACC to no fault of his own after his owner past away.

Though he can take a while to warm up to strangers and seems to currently prefer the company of ladies, once he knows he is safe, he’s very sweet and affectionate. He has food anxiety and is quite finicky at the moment. We are working hard on finding foods that he might enjoy.

Dustin has been diagnosed with stage two kidney dysfunction but with a healthy wet food diet, plenty of water and kidney health focused supplements, he has many more years ahead of him.

He’s a diamond in the rough right now but has the potential to become a wonderful companion to a gentle, calm and patient adopter. Dustin is dog friendly and would also most likely enjoy the company of another feline.
