One and a half-year-old Tanji has so many wonderful qualities, it’s hard to know where to begin.

Tanji is fearless. From the moment she arrived in her foster home, Tanji was on the move – exploring the entire house and eager to become acquainted with her new human companions.

Tanji is friendly toward visitors and finds the vacuum cleaner to be only a mild nuisance.

Tanji is affectionate. Although she is not yet into laps, she loves to sprawl out next to you on the bed or sofa to be petted. She is also fine with being picked up and snuggled for short periods.

Tanji is playful. Chasing felt balls up and down the stairs is a particular favorite. A ball placed underneath a kitchen rug must be extracted at all costs.

Tanji is smart. She quickly learned which areas of the house are off-limits and is courteous about the wishes of her human companions to avoid these areas.

Tanji is a looker. With her glossy tuxedo coat and enchanting green-yellow eyes she is camera-ready at any moment.

Tanji knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it. You will never have to wonder what Tanji is thinking – she will tell you with an extensive vocabulary of vocalizations, body language, and purrs.
