**I am adoption pending!**
Herman is on our waiting list for a foster home and is looking for his forever home if that comes along first.
His finder has sent along this description of him as an affectionate, playful cat who enjoys chasing you around your home, almost as much as he enjoys being chased. Like most cats, he’s fascinated by bags and boxes, and will frolic around with them at any given moment. He’s not shy about asking for attention, and his favorite way to request a belly rub is to plop down in front of you and roll on his back, all while giving you an expectant look.
Despite his playful demeanor, once he settles down for a nap, he enjoys plonking down on your lap while you read a book or surf the internet.
The best thing about Herman, however, is his ingenuity; he’ll play with just about anything; a water bottle cap, an extension cord, a rolled up wrapper, whatever he can poke around and chase across the floor. So if you’re looking for a happy, playful cat, Herman pretty much fits the bill.
If you’d like to foster or adopt Herman, please let us know. But fostering or adopting any cat will also help Herman as it will create foster space and help us work through our waiting list. Even just telling anyone you know about HPC will help Herman too!
