7-month-old Mishka is quite skittish and is still learning that humans are okay.
He’s made HUGE progress since he began fostering though!
At the moment, he will allow petting if you approach him slowly while he is in his bed, eating wet food, or on the cat tree.
He tends to flinch while being pet but with patience and gentle petting, he’s begun to purr a few times.
He does not like being picked up.
Playtime is the way to his heart. He has yet to meet a toy that he did not like, although wand toys are his favorite.
He will play all day long if you let him.
He gets along super well with the resident cats in his foster home and needs to go to a home with another cat.
He has shown curiosity towards dogs and may be able to live with a dog that is calm and will not chase him.
Mishka is a very special cat who just needs time to connect with his person so that he can learn to trust.
