Oscar Evans is a handsome gentleman; a little shy at first, but he loves being around people, playing, talking, and watching Jeopardy.

His person has developed asthma and is heartbroken to have to re-home him, because he’s a member of the family. Oscar is almost 10 years old, in good health, and as sweet as he is good looking.
