Hyde Park Cats is a 100% volunteer-run cat rescue and we always needs people who can help out in a variety of ways, such as transporting cats for vet care, tabling at a variety of HPC events, or helping with TNR (trap neuter return) projects.

Volunteers are needed to post flyers (see photo!), help out at the Animal Welfare League shelter during our monthly volunteer day, photograph adoptable kitties and HPC events, and more. These lovely calico ladies need a new home together: meet Pearl (6 years old) and her daughter Peanut (aka BabyCat, 5 years old). BabyCat is the one above looking away from the camera, and her mother Pearl (or Pearlie) is facing forward.

BabyCat is feisty, playful and curious, and loves to be pet. Pearlie is more of a lap cat, very sweet and a bit shy but affectionate. She has the softest coat. They both get along very well with each other as they have been together all of BabyCat’s life.
