Jacinda

Jacinda has been adjusting well in her foster home. Although she was initially very skittish (she’s still quite skittish with people she’s not familiar with or exploring new parts of the apartment) she’s warmed up a lot more. She is very playful and will play with her toys on her own and run around if I’m not entertaining her with a wand. She’s also receptive to touch and likes forehead kisses and being pet on her head. She also likes to nap and is fairly vocal and chirps a lot. To meet adoptable Jacinda write to us at hydeparkcatsadoptions@gmail.com

Babel

Adoptable Babel is a slinky, petite 7-year-old female. She’s an affectionate, playful, and adventurous little lady when she’s not curled up for a nap. Babel may need some time to get used to a new environment, but she doesn’t take long to warm up to people. From day one, she’ll happily take as many head scratches as she can, and she definitely leans hard into a petting hand. Once she’s confident in her space, she won’t hesitate to approach with a meow for pets, play with mouse toys, or find a way to jump/climb up to a high closet shelf. If you give her rear a scratch, she’ll happily meep and roll onto her back for tummy rubs. She also enjoys napping on an open lap, especially if she’s lulled to sleep by gentle pets. Babel is not aggressive toward the resident cat in her foster home, but she prefers to keep her distance. She’s certainly happy to have your attention all to herself.
