After some time being cared for on a community member’s porch, Abbott is now in a foster home. He has reportedly cleaned up beautifully.
He has tested positive for FELV and FIV, but is currently asymptomatic – Abbott is gaining weight, and is active and happy.
We are hoping that with a good diet and lots of care, he’ll continue to improve and to maintain good health.
It’s remarkable how a good diet and life on the inside can transform a cat.
Abbott is a happy, affectionate guy who bounces along in a busy, multi-person household (while also finding time to do some yoga.)
