4-year-old Pepper is a momma cat (white and tabby), who currently lives with her son 2-year-old Oscar (tuxedo). They are looking for a home together but can also be seperated.
Pepper is a petite tabby and white girl, who is very shy to start with, but gradually blossoms into a loving and snuggly kitty.
She has never been apart from Oscar, and would like to stay with him if possible. She doesn’t get involved in his antics, but she watches him constantly to see that his mischief doesn’t get him into trouble!
If she has to leave Oscar, then she would like a quiet home, without children, and perhaps one other older or quieter cat for company.
She will occasionally play, but most of the time she likes to just watch her human and watch Oscar, and she loves pets and stroking.
She is still a little nervous of being picked up, she likes to keep all her paws on the floor, but she will approach a comfy lap and settle down so you can hear her purr.
Pepper tested positive for FIV, but it isn’t a problem, she has no health issues and Oscar is negative.
She can still live a long, healthy and happy life and live safely with other cats who are spayed or neutered. She can also live safely with other household pets.
2-year-old Oscar is a larger than life tux boy. Bigger than your average cat and with a bouncy personality to match.
He is an energetic and rambunctious boy, who loves his toys and loves rough play and tumble buddy games.
He would not be a good fit in a home with small children, but would love some older kids who will roll around with him, and not be too worried about the odd bump or scratch along the way.
He would be no good at all in a home with lots of ornaments and antiques, as he would bounce around and they would all end up on the floor! He needs space and freedom to play without causing problems.
He is used to being with other cats, but would likely be overwhelming to a quieter or older cat. He currently lives with his mom Pepper, who is a small anxious momma who watches over him but doesn’t get involved in his antics. He would like to stay with his mom if possible, but would also consider a home where he can join another active cat and/or some older children who will appreciate his silliness.
