Adoptable George is a good boy. This affectionate 10-year-old tabby likes to have his head and nose rubbed, and he’ll sit in your lap or beside you while you read or watch TV.

He likes to drink from the faucet, and while he used to be fairly playful, now that he’s middle-aged, George mostly sleeps. He will still jump up and playfully grab your hand if you have it dangling off the side of the couch.

He has been an indoor cat and an only cat his whole life, but word has it that he has enjoyed socializing with the other cats in the past when he’s been boarded at the vet. Otherwise he warms up to new people pretty quickly.

Aura is a very gentle and gorgeous kitty who enjoys soft pets and brushing. She likes other cats and takes comfort in them when she is scared but is often seen lounging alone. Aura is around 3-4 years old. She is mostly a quiet girl, but we think she will be an alpha perhaps, once she is acclimated. She doesn’t hesitate to voice her displeasure with new environments and situations, but she is very docile for vet exams, etc. She is taking a while to feel confident in each new space, but she’s a dear favorite.
